Join Dr. Paul Brooke at the Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge for a bird photography workshop held on Sunday, July 1, beginning at 7:00 a.m. Participants will learn tips on taking photos in the field, as well as how to process your images using your own software. Bring your own camera gear and computer for post-production work. The program will involve participants driving their own vehicles and walking along trails. Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes, long pants and bring insect repellent, sunscreen, and drinking water.
Dr. Brooke is an instructor, photographer and writer and his specialty is wildlife photography. His work has appeared in Audubon and Wild Planet Magazines.
